If you drink wine/some wines and feel sick, this is because different wines have different levels of preservatives (sulphites). Your body might be allergic to a certain amount of sulphites, many South African wines have a relatively higher amount of sulphites than wines from Europe, South America,USA, Australia and New Zealand. Sweet wines generally have more sulphites than dry wines. Its the levels preservatives that make you feel sick
Feeling sick, headache, hangover, vomit, weak and nauseated after you drink any wine, its a sign you need to move away from sweet wines (why? sweet wines have highest amounts of preservatives/sulphites )and transition into semi-sweet,naturally sweet and dry wines. dry wines vary in level of dryness also but thats a conversation for another day.
